In 1999 Hardparts Technology Services, LLC., was privately founded in Ravenna, Ohio. We service Portage County, Summit County & surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide quality customer service and products to businesses and individuals. We strive to keep computer downtime to a minimum, especially for businesses. Our goal is to have repeat customers seeking upgrades or new features, not due to inferior products. We explain to our customers in simple terms how we fixed the problem and precautionary steps that may help prevent repeating the same problem. Our goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations for every visit. These qualities have enabled our company to consistently grow over the years.
