McAfee, Norton Anti-Virus, Virus Hunter, and others provide regular updates containing the latest virus removal patches. But these patches only work if you download them on a regular basis. The better of these programs are usually set up to automatically update your virus information every time you connect to the Internet, but you might need to know some basics first.
